She is recognized for her revolutionary paradigm, transforming an income generating business into a wealth producing asset, by orchestrating an owner’s preparation for succession and transition, to achieve the reinvention of their dreams.

Kerri is leading a revolution in the succession/transition planning field.  A prominent value growth succession strategist who prepares family business owners to achieve their optimum outcome, she created a new paradigm of Client-Centric Collaboration, Cooperation, and Coordination to help family business owners Double Sales, Drive Value, and Deliver Results they can leverage.

A serial entrepreneur, Kerri founded a number of technology and services companies, both domestic and international. Since 1999, her advisory services to family business owners emphasize strategy, long term planning, growth, and value, culminating in owner succession planning. Clients benefit from her decades of hands-on operations experience to guide their outcomes.

Kerri started her career in the Peace Corps in West Africa. She then spent a decade accumulating multi-million dollar corporate achievements before launching her first business in 1988.  She received her BA from Bates College in Maine and an MBA from Boston University in Massachusetts with dual-concentrations in international marketing and operations management.
